Refund Policy

When a class is cancelled with less than 3 hours of notice, the following penalties apply:

Cancellations due to genuine emergencies—such as illness or bereavement—are not subject to any penalty. No makeup session is required. If you need to cancel for an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible and indicate the reason so we can waive the penalty.

If a student does not join a scheduled class, the teacher will wait for 50% of the class duration. After that period, the teacher may end the session. The session is considered attended for teacher compensation purposes. Repeated no-shows may result in program dismissal.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider (PayPal). To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of management in accordance with the cancellation penalties outlined above. No refunds are provided for penalties already applied due to late cancellation or no-show.

Tuition fees are billed monthly on the 15th of each month in US Dollars (USD) at the published rates. If you withdraw from classes mid-cycle, refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions remaining after the cancellation date, subject to the penalties described above.
