Student's Terms and Conditions
Wadi Al-Quran for Quran & Arabic. Please read these terms carefully before you begin your studies.
1. Attendance Policy
- Both students and teachers must be online and ready at the agreed class time. Delays are not accepted from either party.
- If your teacher is late, please email them directly. If you receive no response, contact us at: [email protected]
- If your teacher is frequently late or misses classes, please inform us as soon as possible.
2. Dress Code
Students should ensure their attire is modest and appropriate for a Quran class during all video sessions.
3. Cancellations & Makeup Classes
- If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, please notify your teacher at least 3 hours before the class is due to start and arrange a suitable alternative.
- If you miss a class without giving at least 3 hours' notice, no makeup class will be arranged, except in cases of sudden illness or bereavement.
- If you plan to take a holiday of up to one month, you are eligible to make up your classes either before or after the holiday.
- If your teacher misses any time during a class due to technical issues, they are required to make up that time in the following session.
4. Number of Monthly Classes
- The number of classes per month was agreed upon when you enrolled. To change this, email [email protected].
- Example: If you have 4 classes per month on Saturdays and a month has 5 Saturdays, the 5th class will not take place. It can be arranged at an extra charge.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Fee Enquiries: Contact [email protected]. Do not discuss financial matters with your teacher.
- Monthly payments are due between the 21st and last day of the current month. Classes will be suspended if missed.
- If you stop classes, you will be refunded for any classes not yet delivered.
6. Male Students Over 12 Years Old
Books under 12 may learn with a male or female teacher. Once a boy turns 12, we kindly ask parents to transfer him to a male teacher.
7. Privacy Policy
Our Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of both students and teachers. All personal information is strictly confidential. The academy's official email is the sole formal channel of correspondence.
