Frequently Asked Questions
When are monthly payments due?
Monthly payments are due between the 21st and the last day of the current month. Classes will be suspended until payment is received if the payment deadline is missed.
What is the policy for missed classes or cancellations?
If you are unable to attend a class, please notify your teacher at least 3 hours before the class starts to arrange an alternative. If no 3-hour notice is given, no makeup class will be arranged (except in emergencies). If a teacher misses a class due to technical issues, they will make it up in the following session.
Can I get a refund if I stop classes?
If you decide to stop classes at any point during the month, you will be refunded for any classes that have not yet been delivered. Also, if agreed hours are not completed and you don't wish to make them up, the equivalent amount is deducted from next month.
